There are plenty of ways to stay healthy on the road. Here are a few of them.
First and formost, avoid germs. Wash your hands frequently as this is the common delivery route to infections. Carry hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes at all times.
Second, be wary of water and salads. Drink only bottled water. Avoid salads as they have the highest likelyhood of bacterial contamination.
Third, respect the sun. Apply sunscreen, which seems pretty easy, but many people forget or just don't want to put any on. It's important for you health to stay shielded from the sun. Wear protective clothing and hats. Don't forget to stay in shady areas to stay cool.
Fourth, be mindful of your feet, hands, and head. Cuts, bruises, adn even fractures can occur on land or boats. Keep on hand on the boat while riding to keep steady.
Fifth, maintain healthy habits. Stay hydrated which is the most important rule of all. Have water with you at all times so you can remind yourself to drink. You must stay alert at all times. Remember to bring and take your prescriptions.

Have a safe and healthy trip!
