Temple of Poseidon -Greece

Poseidon was the son of Cronos and Rhea. He was the Greek God of the oceans. Poseidon rode the waves in a chariot drawn by golden seahorses with three-pronged trident, symbol of his power, he shattered rocks, called forth storms, and shook the earth.

The breath taking view of this hilltop temple is really something to experience before you die. Pictures really doesn't do it justice. The sheer size of this colossal pillar ruin rests in Athens, overlooking the sea. Poseidon guards the sea and protects ships as they make their voyages abroad or back home.
